Ayse Birinci, MSc., PMP, CISA

Having served as a developer, team leader and project manager at various organizations, Ayşe Birinci continues to work as a professional project manager at IT PMO of Türk Ekonomi Bankası (TEB). As of now, her major assignment is implementing HP Project and Portfolio Management  tool concurrently with developing a project management methodology and culture at TEB & re-engineering Demand Management processes to achieve better IT - Business alignment.

In addition to Project Management, she has contributed to various process improvement and re-engineering projects on ITIL, COBIT and CMMI.

Ayşe Birinci obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Karadeniz Techinal University at 2000 and received her Master’s Degree in “Engineering and Technology Management” from Boğaziçi University, Industrial Engineering Faculty at 2007. She has a PMP certificate given by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a CISA certificate from ISACA.

Since 2007, Ayşe Birinci has been a member of Istanbul Project Management Association (İPYD) and for the last two years has been an active participant in Dynamics International Project Management Congress Project team.  She serves as the editor of the bi-monthly newsletter of the association, along with other voluntary activities.

In addition to İPYD, Ayşe Birinci is a member of PMI and KalDer.
 

Çeşitli kurumlarda yazılım projelerinde takım lideri ve proje yöneticisi olarak çalışan Ayşe Birinci, halen Türk Ekonomi Bankası BT Proje Ofisi’nde Proje Yöneticisi  görevini sürdürmektedir. Öncelikli  projeleri, HP  Project  Portfolio aracının TEB’e uyarlanması ve TEB’e özel bir Proje Yönetim Metodolojisi Geliştirilmesi’dir.

Proje Yönetimi’nin yanısıra ITIL, COBIT ve CMMI süreçleri, bu süreçlerin kurumlara uyarlanması ve  proje  kalite yönetimi konularında çalışmalar yürütmüştür.  

2000 yılında Karadeniz Teknik Üniversitesi Bilgisayar Mühendisliği bölümünden mezun olan Ayşe Birinci, 2007 yılında Boğaziçi Üniversitesi, Endüstri Mühendisliği fakültesi, “Mühendislik ve Teknoloji” yüksek lisans programını tamamlamıştır.

Project Management Institute'den ( PMI® ) PMP ve ISACA’dan CISA sertifika derecelerine  sahiptir. 

3 yıldır İstanbul Proje Yönetim Derneği üyesi olan Ayşe Birinci, 2 yıldır Uluslararası Dinamikler Proje Yönetim Kongresi proje ekibinde görev yapmaktadır.

Ayşe Birinci İPYD’ye ek olarak PMI®, ISACA ve KalDer üyesidir.
